Our team consistently delivers memorable experiences. We will set your function with candles, white linens, appropriate place settings and if you wish a reception format, high-top tables with a few bar stools and chairs can be set to look out to the beautifully-lit courtyard to the north while your guests mingle and enjoy. A private washroom and a private off-the-patio entrance, or entrance through our exciting kitchen will enhance your guests’ overall experience. Together we will create a customized menu, or you may choose from our pre-set group menus. These menus are based on seasonal fresh market availabilities and can be mixed and matched to suit your requirements. We will be pleased to assist you with complementary beer pairings for each of your courses or food selections, and additionally we are experienced at selecting samples or tastings of beers from around the world. Naturally we also offer wines, spirits and other beverages.

No. However, to book the Private Room a non-refundable $500 deposit for dinner and a non-refundable $350 deposit for lunch is due upon signing of a beerbistro Event Contract. You can choose wether you would like to be refunded the deposit following the event or have the deposit go toward the final billing of your function.

A final guest count is due (2) business days prior to the event. This is the minimum number of guests for which you will be billed. If no guarantee is received we will consider the number of guests originally contracted for when the reservation was made, or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.

Although we do not own audio-visual equipment other than our 50 inch plasma screen, we can arrange to suit your requirements. Charges will be added directly to your final bill, with no additional mark-up. Similarly, we can arrange for your floral requirements. We will print personalized group menus.
