The Private Dining Room can host up to 24 guests for a sit-down dinner, or up to 48 for a cocktail reception. In the summer months, a small private patio is also accessible.
Our team consistently delivers memorable experiences. We will set your function with candles, white linens, appropriate place settings and if you wish a reception format, high-top tables with a few bar stools and chairs can be set to look out to the beautifully-lit courtyard to the north while your guests mingle and enjoy. A private washroom and a private off-the-patio entrance, or entrance through our exciting kitchen will enhance your guests’ overall experience. Together we will create a customized menu, or you may choose from our pre-set group menus. These menus are based on seasonal fresh market availabilities and can be mixed and matched to suit your requirements. We will be pleased to assist you with complementary beer pairings for each of your courses or food selections, and additionally we are experienced at selecting samples or tastings of beers from around the world. Naturally we also offer wines, spirits and other beverages.
No. However, to book the Private Room a non-refundable $600 deposit for dinner and a non-refundable $400 deposit for lunch is due upon signing of a beerbistro Event Contract. You can choose whether you would like to be refunded the deposit following the event or have the deposit go toward the final billing of your function.
A final guest count is due (2) business days prior to the event. This is the minimum number of guests for which you will be billed. If no guarantee is received we will consider the number of guests originally contracted for when the reservation was made, or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
You will be charged $25 per head for the number of guests guaranteed but not in attendance
We will keep you apprised of your total bill at either time intervals, or at dollar amounts; as decided by you.

If designated seating is required please supply your own place cards. beerbistro will print personalized group menus.
Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lunches can start anytime after 1:00 pm and dinner functions generally are available after 4:00 pm. Times are flexible.
One check will be presented at the end of your function and final payment is due upon the completion of your event. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
