Easily the best beer ever produced by this 15 year-old brewery, Mad Tom IPA owes much of its unique character to the judicious use of Japanese Sorachi Ace hops, which add an extra burst of lemon to the experience. Dry hopped with enough Chinook and Centennial hops to make you think you're in a Christmas tree lot, this IPA carries a solid alcohol warmth and moderate bitterness backed by a firm malt backbone.
