This blonde farmhouse ale brewed with only 100% organic ingredients makes use of a centuries-old tradition of flavoring with honey.  But this isn't a sweet beer by any stretch.  Since its base is a saison-the peculiarly refreshing dry Belgian ale-the yeasts manage to consume most of the sugar, leaving only the essence of honey behind.  The final product is spicy, herbaceous, and puntuated by bright fruity elements.
