Style: Belgian pale ale
Italian brewer Teo Musso is known for creating beers that teeter over the edge of exotic, but in case of Open, he wanted a beer that appealed to everyone. In doing so, he did something most brewers would consider crazy: he made the recipe and brewing instructions open source, available to anyone on the internet. This Belgian pale is nicely bitter and peppery, with accents of citrusy hops. Exceedingly rare and transported only to us across the Atlantic, it also happens to come in the sexiest looking bottle we've ever carried.
