Every Baladin brewer Teo Musso says that this beer pairs best with a Tango, but it'll probably also go pretty good with steak. Another accomplishment of haphazard care, Elixir is brewed with almost no hops, and a yeast found to ferment Islay Whiskies. The final product is ridiculously dry, with only the memories of sweetness from the caramel malts used. Bordering the line between beer and spirit, there's a strong alcohol note and a finish of orange rind.
