Two things make this spritzy ale unique. This first is that it's actually brewed with rose petals, which add a delicate aroma and inviting pink hue. The second is—get this—the water. Any brewer will tell you that quality water is essential for good beer, and for the Lurisia series, Baladin has spared no expense. Lurisia spring water is some of the purest in the world. Sourced to the Italian Alps and first analyzed and approved by Marie Curie, the water is bottled in glass at the source, transported directly to the brewery, and then poured bottle by bottle into the fermentation tanks.
