Central City Red Racer India Pale Ale

Style: India Pale Ale
The advent of the American IPA launched a brewing revolution back in 1975, eventually becoming the most widely-sought style of craft beer on the continent.  And it only took us Canadians like a quarter of a century to catch up.  Not that we weren't making IPAs.  We just weren't making them with as much heart.  Personally, I blame the Queen.  But that's all water under the bridge now.  Central City's IPA is considered by many to be the new standard-bearer for Canadian IPAs, and a single sip of this juicy, hoppy, crunch-tastic ale will be enough to convince you of this unrelenting truth.
