Dogfish Head Red & White

Style: Fruit Beer
"White" is for the Belgian-style Wit component of this beer; a wheat beer brewed with orange zest and coriander. "Red" is where tradition is left behind, as the whole batch is fermented with Pinot Noir juice. Following fermentation, a portion is aged on oak and then blended back into the original batch. Out of the bottle, the beer pours as a beautifully cloudy blend of pink and amber, with dominant cherry notes laid atop a body of spice and citrus.
